Responses to the following questions were used to assess team profiles in the 2025 State of AI-assisted Software Development report.

Burnout

In the last 3 months, to what extent have you experienced the following?

Friction

• In the last 3 months, to what extent did friction hinder your work? Friction includes things like lack of smoothness, unnecessary manual work, or unexpected obstacles.
