p. 40 In Table 3: Detail view of the DORA Core model v2.0.0, the third header in the Capabilities section is incorrect. The headers should be “Climate for learning”, “Fast flow”, and “Fast feedback”.

p. 42 Clarify the first sentence on the page. It should be “Receiving fast feedback about quality helps build confidence and trust in new tools and processes.”
